New Student Application Process
- Every child applying for admission to Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy must have an application form submitted with the required forms.
- Applications can be downloaded from this website; mailed to parents or guardians by calling (617) 265-0019 or picked up at any of the 7 current Catholic elementary schools

- An application requirement checklist and address list for all 5 campuses is on this website and will accompany all mailed or picked up applications.
- Completed application and forms must be mailed or dropped off at the Pope John Paul II Academy office located at 100 Savin Hill Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125. Please include a check for $50.00 dollars (non-refundable deposit) made payable to the Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy upon submission of your application.
- Once your completed application is received, you will receive an acceptance letter within 2 weeks with further details about school requirements.
