New Student Application Process

  1. Every child applying for admission to Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy must have an application form submitted with the required forms.
  2. Applications can be downloaded from this website; mailed to parents or guardians by calling (617) 265-0019 or picked up at any of the 7 current Catholic elementary schools

  3. An application requirement checklist and address list for all 5 campuses is on this website and will accompany all mailed or picked up applications.
  4. Completed application and forms must be mailed or dropped off at the Pope John Paul II Academy office located at 100 Savin Hill Avenue, Dorchester, MA 02125. Please include a check for $50.00 dollars (non-refundable deposit) made payable to the Pope John Paul II Catholic Academy upon submission of your application.
  5. Once your completed application is received, you will receive an acceptance letter within 2 weeks with further details about school requirements.
